一、岗位职责:
1、Customer 0km/warranty complain handing
(1)Work closely with the team of failure analysis, supplier quality, process quality to drive the 8D investigation of 0km and warranty claim from OEM
(2)Report to the OEM and fulfill customer’s requirement, including response time, understanding and acceptance
(3) Well understood OEM’s supplier management system and KPI for Tier-1. Take the full responsibility to drive good performance for Veoneer
2、Prepare the PPAP of new project for customer approval
(1)Work closely with project team to follow customer project time schedule and drive the PPAP preparation, submission and customer approval
3、Coordinate customer audit
(1)Organize and prepare customer audit/visit, e.g. fixed the date, agenda, internal preparation
(2) Document and summary customer finding during the audit
(3) Work closely with cross function team to drive the action plan for the finding on time
4、Get customer approval for process change
(1)Work closely with cross function team in CCB (Change Control Board) process, inform customer about the change and get customer approval according to the time schedule
5、Other duties that may be required by leader.
二、任职资格:
1、Diploma: Bachelor’s degree
2、Working Experience:
(1)1 years’ experience in Automotive industry company in Quality, Process function
(2)Tier1 customer quality experience is preferred
(3)Good communication ability to work effectively within a cross function and global team
3、Language: Fluent English
