1. 负责公司运营计划解读，经营目标分解与下达，并对过程进行管控，确保目标达成；
2. 负责对各业务中心数据的监控与分析，并提出改善建议，推进效能提升；
3. 根据公司战略发展和业务规划，引导流程相关建设，持续推进完善流程体系；
4. 负责组织板块运营管理、经营协调等相关会议，跟踪会议决议执行与闭环；
5. 负责编制板块月/季/年运营报告；
6. 负责运营管理制度流程的构建与优化，形成规范高效运营管理体系。

3. According to the company's strategic development and business planning, guide the process-related construction, and continuously promote the improvement of process system;
4. Responsible for organizing operation management, business coordination and other related meetings, tracking the implementation of meeting resolutions and closed loop;
5. Responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly operation report of the board;
6. Responsible for the construction and optimization of operation management system and process, and the formation of standardized and efficient operation management system.
