Responsibility:
Mainly responsible for Workday related HR Support to to Asia customers.
1. Daily communication with local customers / global stakeholders
2. Basic case analysis and Workday process data maintenance
3. Complicated Workday requests (include EIB, security, UAT, mass data upload, problem solving rtc.)
4. Workday adoption/enhancement project support
5. Contribute to develop and maintain the knowledge base (symptoms and solutions) to ensure efficient query resolution and facilitate knowledge transfer.
6. Propose system and process enhancements to improve HR operations.
Requirement:
1. HRIS background preferred with basic HR knowledge as a plus
2. 1-2 years prior experience with Workday or similar HCM systems
3. Strong customer service mindset, analytical skills and logical thinking, interpersonal / teamwork / presentation skills.
4.Self-driven, enthusiastic attitude and can work under pressure
5. High quality standards and commitment to continuous improvement.
6. Flexibility to respond to and prioritize numerous tasks
7. Experience in working within a multi-national organization, a multi-cultural environment and with remote teams.
8. Willing to explore HR system (experience with HR digital transformation project is a plus)
9. Language capaibility with fluent English and good communication skills.
