Responsibility：

Mainly responsible for SGC global employee survey data support. Detailed responsibilities as below:

1. Global Organization/Reporting line and employee data report collection

2. Reports/data validation

3. Stakeholder communication

4. Inquires support

Requirement：

1. Advanced Japanese language skill in both oral and written, business level used for daily working language.

2. Good English language skill in both oral and written.

3. 3-5 years or more HR System related work experience(Workday is preferred)

4. Excellent reports/data analysis skills

5. Customer service mindset and good communication skills
