1、按照项目流程开展项目管理工作，确保准确理解和接受客户需求，协调项目过程中问题的解决，确保项目按计划时间表推进并完成阶段评审；
2、根据项目要求制定项目整体进度计划、组建项目同步开发小组、建立和跟踪项目问题清单，并对采取的措施和结果进行评估审核；
3、负责项目工程更改文件的接收、组织评审、反馈客户及工厂实施跟踪，保证变更按计划进行；
4、项目从开发直到客户最终验收全过程的监控，按照要求完成各阶段需要输出的项目报告文件并分类归档；
5、协调供应商与公司生产、技术、质量保证团队之间的沟通以确保交付。
岗位要求：
1 、本科及以上，机械相关专业。
2 、三年以上机加工，汽车零部件行业项目工程师工作经验，懂机加工原理、钢材牌号及性能；
3、 熟悉TS16949质量体系，能自主编写APQP、PPAP、FMEA等文件；
4、良好的组织、协调、管理能力，能与内外部客户项目经理良好沟通。
5、 熟练应用办公及三维设计软件。
6、非有汽车或汽车零部件行业勿扰。

Job requirements:
1, college or above, mechanical related major.
2. More than five years working experience as a project engineer in machining industry, understand machining principles, steel grades and performance;
3. Be familiar with TS16949 quality system, and be able to write APQP, PPAP and FMEA files independently.
4. Good organization, coordination and management ability, able to communicate well with internal and external customer project managers.
5. Skillful application of office and 3D design software.
