工作内容

1.职位依托英国wellcome基金会资助的“中印电动车发展的气候与健康效应”项目，研究中国和印度的能源脱碳战略，特别关注电动汽车发展对减少温室气体和空气污染的效应。

2.工作内容包括两个不同的研究方向：岗位一主要通过综合评估模型（iam）评估中国和印度交通部门政策对于碳排放、空气质量和健康的影响；岗位二重点关注促进中印电动汽车（ev）发展的有利市场和政策条件。

3.导师将提供充分的业务指导，并给予充分的研究自由度，入选者将有80%时间用于项目研究和学术论文写作，只需20%时间撰写项目申请书、本项目报告和政策建议，以确保项目的顺利进行。

工作时间

2019.09.01-2021.09.01（flexible）

工作地点

1.主要在北京大学工作；

2.将有机会与国际跨学科研究团队合作交流：wei peng教授（pennsylvania state university）和johannes urpelainen教授（johns hopkins university）课题组，寒暑假在psu和jhu进行短期访问交流，同时有机会参加wellcome基金会在英美举办的研究年会，与世界各地同行开展学术交流，表现优秀者也将有机会在johns hopkins university开展第二年的工作。

应聘条件

1.已获得或即将取得博士学位：

a)国外：在国外（境外）世界大学综合排名或学科排名前100的高校获得博士学位，且尚未回国工作的博士毕业生；排名参考当年度最新the/ qs/usnews/arwu排名；

b)国内：在国内知名高校或学科获得博士学位的全日制博士毕业生。

2.获得博士学位不超过三年，年龄不超过35周岁；

3.进站后须全职从事博士后研究工作；

4.身体健康，符合北京大学博士后招收条件；

5.具有能源或气候研究背景；

6.具有较高的英语口头及书面写作水平；

7.热爱科研工作，具有较强的系统分析思维和数据建模能力，具备独立从事科研及项目工作的能力，团队合作和组织协调能力突出；

8.此外：

a)对于岗位一：熟练掌握综合评估模型建模方法；

b)对于岗位二：深入了解交通部门，掌握相关定量分析方法（如optimization, agent-based modeling, vehicle choice modeling等）。

岗位待遇

40,000美元/年(约27万元人民币/年)，课题组可协助申请国内博士后基金项目
